Disclaimer and Warranty Procedure

By approving this estimate, you also agree to the following terms and conditions.

1.I authorize Freedom Metal Works DBA Altitude Speed and Fab to complete the corresponding services.

2.I authorize Freedom Metal Works DBA Altitude Speed and Fab to drive my vehicle on public roads for the purpose of diagnosing, testing, and delivering.

3.I understand that I am responsible to pay Freedom Metal Works DBA Altitude Speed and Fab the total costs for services completed upon picking up my vehicle.

4.I understand that Freedom Metal Works DBA Altitude Speed and Fab stores vehicles outside at times. Freedom Metal Works DBA Altitude Speed and Fab is not responsible for any theft or damages caused to your vehicle.

5.Payments: A 3% fee will be added onto all card transactions.

5.AShort term (single job) projects will be billed with an initial deposit for all parts. Labor will be billed upon job completion.

5.BLong term (multiple jobs, or multi-week) projects will be billed with an initial parts deposit. Labor will be billed every Friday following completion of individual jobs that week.

In no event will Freedom Metal Works DBA Altitude Speed and Fab be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.

Warranty

Warranty coverage applies only to work done on street vehicles. Any work done on vehicles that partake in any type of motorsports or off-roading activities is done so without warranty coverage. Street vehicles that partake in motorsport activities void any warranty originally in place.

All rebuilt, performance, and crate engines are considered motorsports items and will be treated as such for the remainder of this disclaimer.

Freedom Metal Works DBA Altitude Speed and Fab supplies parts that are designed and fabricated for motorsports and off-road use only. Use of these products is at the consumer's own risk.

Any performance application motor built for over 600 horsepower will not have a warranty.

Due to the nature of motorsports and off-roading, we can not be held liable for any product failures due to unforeseen events or improper use or abuse of products sold by Freedom Metal Works DBA Altitude Speed and Fab.

Modifications to any vehicle by installing parts sold by Freedom Metal Works DBA Altitude Speed and Fab could alter vehicle's performance in the event of a crash, resulting in property damage, bodily harm, or death. In purchasing from Freedom Metal Works DBA Altitude Speed and Fab, the purchaser hereby assumes full responsibility in any property damage or personal injury that may occur while using products sold by Freedom Metal Works DBA Altitude Speed and Fab.

Freedom Metal Works DBA Altitude Speed and Fab will not take responsibility for personal injury or property damage arising from failure of parts sold by Freedom Metal Works DBA Altitude Speed and Fab. Do not purchase or install any part sold by Freedom Metal Works DBA Altitude Speed and Fab if you do not agree with the above terms and/or you do not feel competent in installing parts and using safely and correctly. Improper installation can lead to personal injury, death, or property damage; a qualified professional should install all products.

Most products are intended for motorsports and/or off road use and may not be legal where you reside. Consult your owner's manual, instructions for each product, as well as all laws before undertaking these modifications. The owner and user are solely responsible for the legality and safety of the vehicle you modify using these components.

Any failure due to actions outside of your control, such as: other people working on your car, manipulation of tuning data/ECU, failure to follow engine break-in procedure, running low on fluids, pre-existing problems or abuse, will solely be at the cost of the owner.

If an issue arises, Freedom Metal Works DBA Altitude Speed and Fab should be the first contact to diagnose the problem. If other people work on or inspect the issue before Freedom Metal Works DBA Altitude Speed and Fab has an opportunity to, we are no longer liable for any repairs or associated costs. If Freedom Metal Works DBA Altitude Speed and Fab is the first to inspect the problem and failure was caused by assembly by Freedom Metal Works DBA Altitude Speed and Fab, we will warranty the repair.

We do not offer any warranty or refunds expressed, or otherwise implied on any modified and/or aftermarket parts/parts supplied by us. Only unmodified, stock parts will be returnable for warranty and final authorization is up to the parts supplier.

Any and all customers approve this agreement with full knowledge and understanding of this document by conducting work with Freedom Metal Works DBA Altitude Speed and Fab, utilizing our website, and purchasing parts from us.
